Cruisin' the Coast for 2008 wrapped up Sunday and by all accounts the 12th annual event was a success, despite the road work on U.S. 90.

Cruisin' includes events at casinos, the Gulfport Dragway, the Coast Coliseum, the Bay St. Louis train depot,  Biloxi VA, Jones Park and other venues in nearly every city on the Coast. Over 4,000 custom cars and trucks, including hot rods and heavily modified factory classics makes Cruisin' a major draw for additional visitors to the Coast, many who setup portable pavilions to watch the cars drive by. Cruisin' also fills the Coast's hotels and motels during a time that would normally be a slow period in visitors to the area.

The following are some photos of Cruisers during the latter days of this year's event, including the auto auction at the Coliseum as well as the night viewing this weekend on Saturday.
