Additional Biloxi News Brashier work: Two contractors have been given the green light by the city to begin work on the Brashier Road improvement project. Warren Paving Co. and J. Levens Builders have been given 280 days – until Aug. 6, 2009 -- to complete the project, which involves road widening and other improvements.
