Remaining 2007 Mardi Gras Parade Schedules

Mardi Gras parades this past weekend in Long Beach and Waveland wowed the crowds even in the midst of their city's recovery from Hurricane Katrina. More parades are set for next weekend and on February 20, which is Fat Tuesday or Mardi Gras Day.  Here are a few photos of the parade Sunday in Long Beach:
 
 
 
 
 

Parade Schedules February

17 JACKSON COUNTY CARNIVAL ASSOCIATION MARDI GRAS PARADE
  Pascagoula,MS
Downtown Pascagoula 1 p.m.. Parade begins at Pascagoula High School on Tucker then proceeds South to Ingalls Avenue, West to Pascagoula Street, North to Jackson Avenue, East to Market Street then South back to the stadium.
 
17 KREWE OF DIAMONDHEAD PARADE  Diamondhead,MS
Parade begins at the Community Center and winds its way towards the Country Club!
 
17 KREWE OF GEMINI DAY PARADE  Gulfport,MS
2 p.m. Parade route through downtown Gulfport! Parade starts at 19th Street and goes towards Highway 49 pass Hancock Bank & downtown Gulfport.
 
18 NORTH BAY AREA MARDI GRAS ASSOCIATION PARADE  Diberville,MS
Begins at St. Martin Community Center rolls down Lemoyne Blvd to Central Avenue to Rodriguez Street to Automall Parkway and back up to Central Avenue
 
18 ST. PAULS CARNIVAL ASSOC. MARDI GRAS PARADE  Pass Christian,MS
Parade starts on Highway 90 from the west side of the Pass Christian Harbor going east to Seal Avenue, then west to Henderson Avenue then back to the Pass Christian Harbor.
 
20 GULF COAST CARNIVAL ASSOCIATION PARADE  Biloxi,MS
Gulf Coast Carnival Assoc parade at 1 pm.
 
20 KREWE OF GEMINI NIGHT PARADE  Gulfport,MS
Starts at 6 pm in downtown Gulfport
 
20 KREWE OF NEPTUNE PARADE  Biloxi,MS
The Krewe of Neptune parade starts after the Carnival Assoc parade in Biloxi.
 
20 KREWE OF REAL PEOPLE MARDI GRAS PARADE  Bay St. Louis,MS
Starts at 1 pm. Parade route is down Main Street, turns on to 2nd Street on to Union Street continuing to Blaize Avenue in front of the depot.
