Hurricane Katrina Debris Cleanup Deadline for the Areas of Unincorporated Harrison County

May 30, 2007 will be the deadline to have Hurricane Related Debris removed from the Right of Way in the FEMA Flood inundated Zones in unincorporated Harrison County.

Following these deadlines, Property Owners shall be responsible for all costs associated with Hurricane Katrina debris removal. In the determination that a property must be condemned and cleared of debris or structures due to a health and safety concern, all costs associated with cleanup shall be the sole responsibility of the property owner.
