All About Oil....
Threat Assessment – Religious War

Jihad Is Forging An Army Willing To Fight For The World’s Single Largest Proven Reserves Of Oil & Gas.

Part Three       Part I  Part II  Part IV

The apostate Western press totally missed the symbolism of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad striding into Columbia University, September 24th, 2007.  To those attuned to spiritual things, Ahmadinejad was seen throughout the Muslim world as the Biblical Daniel entering the lion’s den.

Ahmadinejad’s speech was exactly what could be expected of a “fanatical mindset,” as his host, Columbia President Lee Bollinger, referred to it.  However, Muslims were thrilled when they saw Ahmadinejad standing unscathed within the very bowels of the Great Satan.

The fact that he stood there in what Iranian leaders have described as a literal den of iniquity qualified Ahmadinejad as a spiritual warrior with the courage to take the battle to the enemy and define the fight in what they see as absolute terms of good versus evil.

He spoke to the infidel academics about righteousness and morality by quoting from the Koran, and he diminished Christianity by reducing Jesus Christ from the Son of God to a mere prophet, all without dispute from those at Columbia or by the U.S. news media. To the secular world, religion as a powerful force is by choice ignored.

The lesson to the Islamic faithful was powerful: Be fearless and walk upright in the One True Faith, and use the enemies’ own weaknesses against them.  Ahmadinejad also tipped his hand about his true intentions by invoking the 12th Imam, the Mahdi; the Islamic savior of mankind in the last days as prophesied in the Koran and the Haditha.

From the religious perspective, Ahmadinejad’s desire to acquire an atomic bomb could be viewed as an overt trigger to bring about the last days and the destruction of Israel.  It could also be viewed as a tool to deliver all of the Middle East oil wealth to a new Islamic Empire that would be springing forth from Iran.

Bollinger may have thought he looked tough by calling out Ahmadinejad for wanting to wipe Israel off the face of the map, but in the Islamic mind he did not.  Ahmadinejad simply lied to the room packed with infidels and heretics, an act that is obligatory under the Qur’an (3:28) and proclaimed Iran to be “friends with the Jewish people.”

Having successfully deflected insults and suffering no injury himself, Ahmadinejad returned home with most Westerners totally unaware of the defeat wrought on them.  Smugly, the infidels congratulated themselves for having acted out their boorish behavior.

Media stars such as NBC’s Brian Williams and CNN’s Christiane Amanpour apparently do not care that their dining with Ahmadinejad provides him credibility.  The end result is that the Islamic faithful line up to be recruited for what Bush wants to call a War on Terror, but is in fact a religious war.

Reinforced by Islamo-fascist activists now working their way through Mosques all across the United States, this year’s visit by Ahmadinejad will particularly have an impact on the formerly Western friendly Muslims residing in the United States.  They are in the process of being radicalized and Ahmadinejad’s visit was like a shot of pure adrenalin straight into their neck.

In comparison, Osama bin Laden, a Sunni Muslim, has been kept virtually incommunicado, hiding in the mountainous region of western Pakistan or eastern Afghanistan.

Unlike Ahmadinejad, Bin Laden has not been able to show himself to the infidels anywhere in the world much less lecture them in the United States.  Thus, the flurry of new videos and audio tracks in recent months may have been a feeble attempt by Al Qaeda to prevent Ahmadinejad from claiming the crown and scepter of the supreme Jihadist spiritual leader.

However, tapes are pale in comparison to an in-your-face confrontation on enemy soil.  Furthermore, Ahmadinejad has the power to threaten the uninterrupted flow of oil out of the Persian Gulf.  Indeed, through his pursuit of acquiring an atomic bomb, he is challenging the United States to all of the oil remaining in the Middle East.

Therefore, the crown has been effectively passed.  Ahmadinejad is now the inspiration for Islamo-fascists world wide.

Oil Is Only One Tool to Conquer the West

Iran will not follow Al Qaeda’s example and force an invasion by the United States.  They will not make Saddam Hussein’s mistake and think the West will allow an overt attack on another Middle East state, much less a nuclear or biological attack on Israel.

It is also unlikely, barring extreme desperation, Russia and China would venture to attack the United States at this time.

However, if Europe could be sufficiently weakened, and embroiled in some internal struggle of its own, then the United States would effectively be so isolated that the prospect of fighting two major military powers, China and Russia, plus a formidable global religious insurgency would be un-winnable.  The United States would have no other choice but withdraw and negotiate.

If one thinks about it, that is precisely the scenario being acted out now.  Europe is grappling not only with its own growing Islamic fundamentalist problem; Russia has renewed its long range bomber patrols and is engaging in joint training exercises with the Chinese.

Insurgency in Europe

For all of the modern Muslim declarations that Christians are still “Crusaders,” the fact is that is was Christian lands in Europe and north Africa that first suffered invasion by Muslim Armies. These armies slaughtered men, women and children who did not convert.  Furthermore, Islam was so virulent in its infancy; the Muslim conquest was stopped on French soil just barely 100 years after the death of the Prophet Muhammad.

Arguably, the Muslim conquest of Europe has been restarted in the 20th Century.  It began as a post World War II labor migration to rebuild an utterly destroyed Europe.  However, as the labor shortage eased, the flow of people continued as refugees from the Third World’s conflicts were attracted to Europe’s socialist largesse.

The most liberal European nations saw the most dramatic increases in Muslim immigration.  Moreover, like an invading army, these new immigrants refused to be assimilated into their host country, but instead, had the audacity to demand that their hosts adapt to them.  While much of the mainstream press has ignored it, many European observers have called the 2005 French riots the Euro-Intifada.

Rioting and ethnic trouble was not limited to just France, but other European countries as well.  This confrontation, much less immigration, has not occurred by accident.  Muslims have taken advantage of Western immigration policy by migrating into Europe and North America for the express purpose of compromising, if not destroying, Western support for the nation of Israel.

This is being done by first establishing a kind of Muslim beach head, then growing that beach head into a community powerful enough to be reckoned with.  In the United States where it has been much easier to merge Muslims into the body politic, this process has advanced on to building wealth, influence, lobbying and political action committees, and finally fielding candidates for public office.

In Europe, the strategy has been even more militant to the point of running citizens out of entire neighborhoods, or even cities, as to hasten the political take over.  Increasingly, Muslims residing in the West are demanding that they be ruled under separate law, or Sharia, from the host population.

However, if Muslims are to be ruled under Sharia, then it would automatically follow that non-Muslims interacting with them would also be ruled under Sharia.  Curiously, American liberals who normally take a knee jerk reaction to even reminders of faith such as Christmas trees and Pledges to Allegiance, have so far not raised objection to taxpayer funding or even public school accommodation to Muslim religious issues, such as Muslim prayer in school.

In the United States, the support for Israel within the Democrat Party has been waning.  Left wing activists increasingly blame Israel for retaliatory violence against rocket attacks on Israeli citizens.  Unbelievably, some legal experts opine that the U.S. Arms Export Control Act forbids such counter attacks on enemy infrastructure and therefore would not be legitimate self-defense.

Immigration alone is not the sole threat to the continuance of a democratic and culturally European Europe as we know it today.  Surprisingly, that threat comes from the Europeans themselves.

Faithless Europe and the Culture of Death

If American conservatives survey what is happening to their country with anxiety, they need only look to Europe to develop outright fear.  While Muslims are being radicalized and strengthened within the faith that Allah is on their side and that victory over the infidels is near at hand, Europeans no longer believe in anything at all, including the existence of God.

As a result, a large portion of their population has become despondent with life; embracing abortion, and euthanasia, suffers high rates of addiction to drugs and alcohol, and has developed an obsession with pornography.  Accordingly, birthrates have fallen as low as 1.1 per woman where just the replacement rate is 2.1.  Accordingly, by 2050, the Caucasian population of Europe may be just 7.5 percent.

This precipitous decline is unprecedented as it is not being brought about by disease, famine, or war.  Europeans appear to be simply aborting themselves out of existence.

This self-loathing has put liberal Europeans in a position where even defending oneself is frowned upon.  For example, Muslim gang youth in Sweden find robbing and beating their victims easy because the Swedes don’t value themselves highly enough to fight back.  The level of violence has left many asking are these merely crimes or are they some small part of Jihad?

In bin Laden’s 2007 video, he made a point of asking the viewer why Al Qaeda did not attack Sweden.  Judging by the reports from inside Sweden itself, that country is indeed being terrorized.

It is no wonder then that after the riots of 2005 France elected a conservative, Nicolas Sarkozy.  However, without a renewed faith and sense of purpose, it is unlikely that Europeans can throw back the Muslim invaders as Charles Martel did at Potiers, France in 732 A.D.

Alien Invasion of America

Until the Immigration and Naturalization Act (INA) of 1965, immigration from any given foreign country was limited to just two percent of its total population.  A large portion of immigrants came from Europe and were therefore racially, culturally and linguistically more similar with the majority of American citizens.

The INA of 1965 effectively discriminated against Europeans resulting in disproportionately heavy immigration from the Americas south of the Rio Grande and Asia.  The two percent per country of origin was also removed so that today, a full ten percent of Mexico’s citizens is now residing in the United States.

Some critics of illegal immigration claim that these kinds of numbers amount to an invading army moving across the U.S. border for the express purpose of one day reclaiming territory lost during the Mexican-American War of 1846-48.  Lending support to this claim are statements by Mexico’s own presidents showing a marked continuity of purpose over both years and between leaders of different parties.

For example, in 1997 former Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo said in a speech to the Hispanic-advocacy group, National Council of La Raza (National Council of the Breed or Race,) that “the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders and that Mexican migrants are an important – a very important – part of this."

Vicente Fox spoke similar words pronouncing himself to be the “president of all Mexicans” as did his successor, Felipe Calderón.

Zedillo is a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) that had ruled Mexico for 70 years.  Fox made history by being the first president to come from outside the PRI.  Fox and Calderón are both members of the National Action Party (PAN.)

  • In 1996, realizing that a massive shift in population north into the United States, Mexico sought to preserve Mexican nationality, and therefore loyalty, by extended dual citizenship to Mexicans who had become citizens of another country.
  • 2000- Vicente Fox made California part of his Mexican presidential campaign.
  • 2005- Fox’s party, PAN, opened a branch in the United States.
  • 2006-Mexicans residing in the United States were allowed to vote by absentee ballot.
  • 2007-PAN is to hold a party convention in Los Angeles.

Mexico’s march northward is not born of strength, but of desperation because it’s deteriorating economic situation.  Oil is Mexico’s largest industry bringing $35 billion into the Mexican economy each year.  However, remittances from Mexicans living in the U.S. are the second largest at $20 billion.  Tourism comes in at a paltry third place at only $12 billion.

Clearly, Mexico’s economy can’t grow because a good part of its productive workforce is in the United States.  This weakness does not make Mexico’s invasion any less dangerous.  Indeed, Mexico’s instability actually makes it more so; such a massive number of dual nationals will be compelled to vote and lobby not in the best interest of the United States, but on that of their other country.

Part of Mexico’s woes stem from its long standing socialist policies to keep the peasants pacified, impoverished and the power elite disproportionately wealthy.  The Mexican government is riddled with narco-corruption that has increasingly turned to the trafficking of persons to include children for the purposes of prostitution.

This attendant high concentration of street level crime makes it all but impossible for the common man to attain any semblance of prosperity, no matter how hard they may work.

Mexico has not just allowed ten percent of its population to migrate north; it has actually assisted it by providing maps and instructions on how to make the journey safely through the desert.  Furthermore, the Mexican government through it U.S. consulates have issued official Mexican I.D. cards to be used for identification in the U.S. and has often publicly protested the enforcement of U.S. immigration laws.

Why does the Washington put up with such clear meddling in U.S. sovereignty?  Answer: Mexico is the United State’s second largest oil supplier- ahead of Saudi Arabia- providing nearly 1.662 million barrels of oil per day in 2006. Canada is number one.

While not as dire as Europe, the demographics of the United States are projected to make a profound change over the 21st Century.  According to current projections, minorities will make up half of all U.S. residents in just mid-century.

Radicalizing U.S. Muslims

While Al Qaeda has been able to recruit terrorists from American citizens, there were neither enough, nor of sufficient quality of them, to execute the 9-11 terror attacks.

Three of these recruits have come to prominence before the eye of the American public:

  • Jose Padilla was convicted of attempting to produce a “dirty bomb.”
  • John “American Taliban” Walker Lindh was captured during fighting between U.S. and Taliban forces in Afghanistan.
  • Adam Gadahn “American Al Qaeda” also known as “Azzam the American” serves as bin Laden’s Western media (propaganda) advisor.

However, this was before Islamo-fascist operatives have begun moving out through moderate Muslim mosques preaching the obligation of all Muslims to enjoin Jihad.

Belying the primitive 12th Century image some would like to place on the Islamo-fascists, these 21st Century Jihadists effectively use modern internet and computer technology to both report and recruit adherents.

Radicalizing Muslims does not necessarily mean creating suicide bombers or militiamen.  Merely creating sympathizers also has its value; fewer Muslims would be inclined to cooperate with FBI anti-terror investigations.  Many more may view terror bombings justifiable under some circumstances.

Frustrating liberals is the fact that the phenomena of Jihad cannot be laid at the feet of poverty.  Those preaching Jihad can not only be secularly accomplished, they can also attain positions of trust, and even official appointment.

Virginia’s Governor Tim Kaine (D) was recently embarrassed by having appointed a Muslim physician to a commission to study the impact of immigration on Virginia.  The appointee, Dr. Esam S. Omeish, had been discovered on YouTube preaching Jihad.  Dr. Omeish resigned.

The appointment of Omeish has exposed one of the weaknesses that Iranian President Ahmadinejad would like to exploit- Western fairness and the rule of law.  Just as Ahmadinejad had no problem lying to his infidel hosts, neither would he have a problem taking full advantage of “diversity” to place Jihadists in places of influence and power.

Governor Kaine announced that he would replace Omeish with another Muslim.  Imagine the uproar if Omeish had been a Baptist minister who had been exposed for preaching racism and Kaine had promised to replace him with another Christian.

Political Correctness is a weakness the West will have to resolve if it is to survive this global religious war.

Peak Oil proponents claim that once the crude supply tops out, a new permanent stone age will descend on mankind in just a single generation.  The reality is that it won’t be quite like that.  In Part IV, GCN explores what will happen during the decline of crude oil.
