CLINTON,
Miss. –
Employees of FEMA’s Transitional Recovery
Office (TRO) in
Biloxi are returning to the
Gulf
Coast following the
pass through by Hurricane Gustav. The TRO temporarily relocated essential
services to
Clinton as the storm
approached. “We are in the process of reconstituting full operations at
the Biloxi TRO within the next two days,” said Benjamin Watson, Acting
Director Mississippi TRO.
Officials also said efforts are currently
under way to contact each staff member with instructions when they should
report for duty. Emergency staff members who evacuated from
Biloxi to
Clinton have already started to return to
the
Gulf
Coast.
