Money: The City of Biloxi, after court action and Gov. Phil Bryant's intercession with the state Legislature, received a payment of $606,350.52 today, representing  the balance due from the Golden Nugget lease payments that the state had withheld.  To read Mayor Andrew "FoFo" Gilich's thank you, click here.

Federal funding:  A draft of the city's 2017 Community Development Block Grant Action Plan and other public notices have been published in the federal programs section of the city website. To go there now, click here.

Roads: The city's Engineering and Public Works departments are now using a handy map and a listing to keep residents updated on streets, drainage and infrastructure work.
