Fourth Defendant Pleads Guilty to Conspiring to Manufacture Methamphetamine From: US Attorney 1/11/12 GCN Gulfport, Miss - Wanda Marie Duncan, 56, of Biloxi, pled guilty in federal court on Monday, January 9, 2012, to conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney John Dowdy announced. Her three co-conspirators, all members of the Simon City Royals street gang, have already entered guilty pleas. Duncan will be sentenced on March 27, 2012 by U.S. District Judge Sul Ozerden, and faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison. This case was investigated by the Biloxi Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Annette Williams. |
