Palace Casino Hopes Power Back On Tuesday

A power outage at Palace Casino in Biloxi that occurred Sunday afternoon has not yet been restored. Casino officials feel confident that the repairs to the system that supplies electrical power to the casino will be restored by Tuesday afternoon. They had hoped to have the system restored Monday.

Telephone services are working and reservations are being made. The power outage affected the entire property, shutting down elevators and other vital electrical services. Guests were removed after the outage occurred and transferred to nearby accommodations.
