BILOXI, Miss. (December 2010) – In the spirit of giving, Beau Rivage invites families to visit the resort this holiday season for a variety of fun, free and discounted activities. Beau Rivage is giving away photos with Santa and dinner at the Buffet for kids during an entire week in December. From Dec. 17-24, stop by to have your complimentary photo taken with St. Nick from 1:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. between the Arcade and Roasted Bean. Children age 12 and under eat free in the Beau Rivage Buffet every day after 3:00 p.m. In addition, Beau Rivage will offer a variety of family discounts in Scoops Ice Cream Shop and Roasted Bean, as well as family Spirit of Christmas packages for the Beau Rivage Theatre. Shoppers will also be able to take advantage of 25 percent off all children’s toys during the entire week.

Take advantage of the Beau Rivage Buffet’s kid-friendly menu including ham and cheese stuffed fried chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, corn dogs, cheese ravioli with tomato sauce, Texas Toast grilled cheese, grilled vegetable kabobs, popcorn, Oreo parfaits, and cotton candy. Kids can build their own mini-pizza or pick from an assortment of french fries including steak, waffle, or curly fries and can top it off with chili and cheese.

Families can “chill out” at Scoops, Beau Rivage’s old-fashioned ice cream parlor with the week-long holiday “Buy One Scoop, Get One Free” special or warm up next door at the Roasted Bean with complimentary milk and cookies. A life size gingerbread man will welcome you through the door to a large display of decadent indulgences including affordably-priced oversized cupcakes and gourmet Christmas cookies.

Celebrate the holidays with the “Spirit of Christmas” – A dazzling New York Style spectacular featuring a talented cast, glittering costumes and the highest kicking chorus girls this side of the North Pole. This festive musical extravaganza will delight the entire family and take you on a nostalgic Christmas journey filled with good cheer. Specially-priced Spirit of Christmas ticket packages will also be available, including four tickets for $30 + tax and fees or two tickets for $15 + tax and fees.
