Notice to Delay Trial

O R D E R
THIS CAUSE is before the Court on motions of Defendant Gregory Brent Warr and Laura J. Warr for a continuance of the trial in this matter from the current April 6, 2009, setting. (Ct. R., Docs. 49, 50.) The Court, having reviewed the motions and the Defendants’ waivers of speedy trial contained there, as well as the record in the matter, concludes that the motion is well taken and should be granted. It is, therefore,
ORDERED that Defendants’ motions, [49, 50], be, and are hereby, granted. It is further,
ORDERED that the trial in this matter is rescheduled and set for Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at 10:00 A.M. It is further,
ORDERED that the deadlines contained in the original scheduling orders, (Ct. R., Docs. 29, 30), be, and are hereby, amended as follows: Non-dispositive Motion Deadline: August 3, 2009 Dispositive Motion Deadline: August 10, 2009 Change of Plea Notification Deadline: August 20, 2009 Jury Instructions, Exhibit/Witness Lists Deadline: September 2, 2009 Excluding deadlines, in all other respects the original scheduling orders of this Court remain in full force and effect. It is further,
ORDERED that any and all jury issues be presented to this Court by no later than June 1, 2009. It is further,
ORDERED that counsel will resolve all conflicts with this trial setting, and, with the exception of a situation deemed an emergency by this Court, that no further continuances shall be granted. SO ORDERED this the 5th day of March, 2009. ________ _______ UNITED STATES SENIOR DISTRICT JUDGE
